Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final. 

All memorabilia sales are final to ensure the value and integrity of our autographed items. Our autographed items are certified by a recognized leader in sports memorabilia and autograph authentication.                     

Clothing, novelties, and trading card supply returns are accepted, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Family Traditions Hobby.  Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Family Traditions Hobby may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.                    

If packages are damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately.                

In the rare event that cards inside of the unopened carton are damaged due to a manufacturer error, we will put you in contact with the appropriate party to help resolve the issue.  Manufacturer replacement usually only lasts for one full calendar year after release, but in most cases, they will do their best to give you a  fair resolution.                     

Family Traditions Hobby is not responsible for any manufacturer errors, including production errors. Issues of this nature should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer.
